Returns and Refunds

CANCELLATION

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping proces has started, it can no longer be canceled.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our Number 1 priority. Therefore, if you'd like a refund you can request.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2 - 5 days processing), you can request a refund or reshipment. 

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (2 - 3 weeks) has expired. You can do this by sending us a mail at contact@pasteld.com

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

RETURNS

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 14 days. 
All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received the item(s), then we are unable to accept a return.
We will refund the items if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to contact@pasteld.com and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days.
