Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING TIME

Pasteld has many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.

Processing time for each order is 4 business days and items generally arrive within 16-20 business days.

In rare cases it can take up to 35 days for items to arrive. If you wait longer than 25 business days, please give us an email at contact@pasteld.com and we shall find out the whereabouts for your order.

SHIPPING PLACES

Pasteld ships to all major North American & European countries as well Australia & New Zealand.

We do not ship to the following countries:

North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran

SHIPPING PRICES

For orders over €25 will have free shipping.

Orders under €25 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS

Once the items have shipped we are not responsible for any customs fees.

By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number.

PACKAGING

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
